• We collect important property details to establish the listing price. 
• We then draft the listing agreement for your review and signature. 
• Marketing copy is created and the property is photographed to include a Matterport Virtual Tour. 
• The property listing is syndicated to the top property listing sites. 
• Our network of leasing agents receive showing requests and coordinate/conduct all showings.

A prospective applicant has been identified but that is only the first step. We’ve refined a multi-step tenant application and qualification process to efficiently deliver the best possible tenants for your investment property.

• Any questions about the property and application process are addressed by our leasing team. 
• Prospective applicants complete our online rental application. 
• Applications are first received and processed by our team and then reviewed with you for approval. 
• An applicant is approved and sent a conditional approval notice!

No paper documents or checks to change hands here. All is handled online. Once a tenant has been identified we streamline the lease creation and collection of funds to hold the apartment.

• Our leasing team drafts the lease packet and sends out to all parties for online signature. 
• Funds are collected from the newly approved tenants online through our management system in order to hold the apartment. 
• Once all signatures are complete and funds have cleared the apartment is successfully rented!
